COMMUNITY

Community Groups are mid-week gatherings where we grow together through fellowship, reading the scriptures and praying together. They take place every second Wednesday in homes across our area, with a break over school holidays. These gatherings are central to being part of our church and we encourage everyone who calls West Point home to join one.

In 2026 we will be running 3 streams of Community Groups:

Scripture Reading/Discussion, Alpha Video Series & Marriage Investment.

Alpha is an opportunity to unpack the basics of the Christian faith. It is relevant to people exploring faith in Christ and equally encouraging for those who have walked with Jesus for many years. Watch the Alpha trailer here.

Our Marriage Investment group is for any married couple who would like to take a fresh journey through foundations of a healthy marriage. This group will have limited availability but we will run it twice this year to try and accommodate everyone interested.

Scripture reading is the usual pattern for community groups at West Point, where we grow together through reading the word, discussion and prayer together.

All of our groups will centre around table fellowship and will follow the same ‘every second Wednesday’ schedule, regardless of which stream you choose. Please select which stream you are interested in when signing up.
